Located at 160 Easton Town Ctr, Easton Town Center is a shopping center and mall in northeast Columbus, Ohio. The Layout of the Easton is actually rather unique and interesting in and of itself. Although it continues to expand, the core buildings and streets that make up Easton are intended to look like a self-contained town, evocative of American towns and cities in the early-to-mid 20th century. Included in the design are fountains and streets laid out in a grid pattern encompassed by a continuous loop.

We have been to Easton before but my husband had the day off so we decided to go as there was one new store in particular that I wanted to try. Paris Baguette is a South Korean bakery chain that has recently made its way to the US. When I studied abroad in South Korea, I loved Paris Baguette so I was super excited to see that one had opened up at Easton Town Center. My husband and I had lunch there and selected many items ( maybe too many items 😉 ) to box up and take home. I am happy to report that everything we have tried has been absolutely delicious.

We also stopped by a brand new confectionary shop MMelo . This shop specializes in handmade sweets many of which are vegan or gluten-free. They have everything from chocolate bars and marshmallows to specialty tea blends and tea cakes. I encourage you to stop by and check out this new little shop.

Overall the Easton Town Center definitely seems to be expanding. My husband and I saw many new restaurants and bars over by Paris Baguette. Although we don’t get over to Easton all that often, I always have fun exploring whenever we do and I always see new shops and restaurants to add to our lists for the next time we go.
